Summer Class Schedule
CDPA Summer Fun 2026

Summertime is the best time to try something new, bring a friend, or commit to summer skills enhancement. Anyone traveling is welcome to trade their missed class/es for make-up class times in other styles.
All students must register for the specific class they wish to take so that we can finalize schedules and teachers based on registrations. Classes that do not “make” by June 1st will be canceled and enrolled students will be given an option to move to a different class and time or request a class credit for fall classes.
Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your registration, we will process your request and send you a bill. You do not have to be a current student at CDPA to take Summer Classes. We welcome any student and there is no commitment to enroll in the fall just because you took summer sessions!
This is a great opportunity to ask a friend to join you!

At CDPA, Our Summer Camps are designed for students of all levels and interests. Each themed camp integrates arts and crafts, dance, tumbling, storytime, and creative process. At the end of the week, the kids show what they have learned in an informal showing for parents and friends.

8:00am - 8:30am drop-off / late pick up until 4:00pm ($40 week or $75 both am/pm)

Informal showing at 2:00 pm on the last day of Camp.

Join Angelina and friends for a week of jumps and twirls! Dancers will bring Angelina’s story to life using character development and dance!

YOU'RE SO FANCY, NANCY!
Ages 7 to 12
Ballet is a daily practice for someone as fancy as Nancy! Learn classic step names in French and boost your understanding and performance of ballet steps. Add a dash of fashion and proper manners and you have a recipe for loads of fun. Oo-la-la!

MY FIRST DANCE CAMP
Giraffes Can’t Dance, Can You?
Ages 3 to 5
Did someone say that you are too young to go to dance camp? Nonsense! This 3-day, half-day camp is a perfect start to your dance camp experience. Come dance, craft, and play; and learn about animals along the way!

Learn about important choreographers of the 20th century and how their influence is still represented in today’s dance world. Explore a variety of techniques for improvisation and choreography using the choreographic styles of these 20th-century

Consider this your booster shot of technique, vocabulary and history that will continue to inform and support your classes during the year. Come prepared to drill the steps, the language, notes of the past and key variations in ballet history.
